Bro. Frank is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College with a degree in Bi-Vocational Ministry and is currently enrolled in the Ministry Degree (BA) Program. He also has a Criminal Justice (BA) Degree from EKU. He currently serves as the Kentucky State Chaplain for the Faith Riders Motorcycle Ministry.

He has a heart for the unreached and nontraditional church population as well as those who are comfortable with today’s modern church. He believes all people have value in the eyes of Jesus and are able to receive salvation based upon their repentance and acceptance of Christ as their Lord and Savior regardless of their past.

Bro. Frank is married to Tina and they love spending time with their three adult children and spouses and nine grandchildren. Tina has a heart for the disadvantaged and the mission field, and has spent time sharing the gospel in Malawi, Africa.
